WHAT'S DIFFERENT

What makes Vorschau different

Plenty of tools will draft scenarios for you. Very few make those scenarios decision-grade. This is the short version of what we do differently, for anyone who has to choose before the future is clear.

The idea in one paragraph

A good foresight output isn't a beautiful story. It's a set of futures deep enough to be honest, different enough to be useful, and focused enough to help you choose. Vorschau is built around exactly that: a pipeline that refuses shallow interpretation and convergent scenarios, reasons about stakeholders inside every future, and collapses the ones that don't distinguish your options.

FOUR COMMITMENTS

Built for decisions, not for demos

Four things we do that most tools don't. Each is a structural constraint the pipeline enforces, not a prompt that hopes for the best.

Stakeholders, per scenario

Most tools give you one static stakeholder map. We give you one per future.

Power, interests and alliances shift when the world shifts. The platform reruns stakeholder analysis inside every scenario, so you see which actors move with you, which move against you, and which change sides depending on the future.

Depth before prospecting

LLMs default to surface-level futures. The pipeline refuses to let them.

Before any scenario is drafted, every driver is pushed through a depth pass: the headlines, the system beneath, the core assumptions holding it in place, and the deep story keeping those beliefs alive. A run cannot advance without all four layers populated.

Diversity you can measure

Four futures that feel the same aren't four futures.

Scenarios must span distinct archetypes: Growth, Collapse, Discipline, Transformation. If the set converges, the run fails and regenerates, with no silent narrowing into the most plausible-sounding quadrant.

Scenarios you can trace

Every scenario is built from drivers, not prompted out of thin air.

Drivers are elicited, combined, cross-checked for consistency, and only the survivors are narrated. Each scenario reduces back to the specific combination of driver values it rests on. Nothing hand-wavy, nothing irreproducible.

SIGNAL, NOT NOISE

If a scenario doesn't change the decision, it's noise

Once strategies have been tested against every scenario, we collapse the ones where every strategy behaves the same. They look interesting but don't help you choose. What's left is the set that actually informs your decision.

How it works
  • Strategies are stress-tested across every future: who passes, who breaks, who only survives in some.
  • Scenarios where every strategy behaves the same are collapsed, because they don't help you decide.
  • What's left is the smaller set that actually discriminates between your options, with a one-line rationale each.
  • The platform shows which strategy pair forced each scenario to stay in the set, so you see why it matters.
